Account-Ability & CORPORATE PLANNING AG Sponsors BUFDG Conference
Account-Ability are pleased to sponsor the BUFDG conference 2007 in Hertfordshire. We will be demonstrating how STRATEGIC PLANNER and CP-BSC can help universities plan and monitor their position in the market place.
On Tuesday of the conference we will hold a seminar on "The Theory of Everything (or nearly)"
In today's fast changing and competitive environment, fewer and fewer Finance Directors believe that yesterday's tools will help them 'realise the full potential of their Institution'. The system which more Finance Directors have chosen over any other, is CORPORATE PLANNER®, and its associated products Web-Enabled CP, CP ANALYSER®, and STRATEGIC PLANNER®. Over 30 universities use CORPORATE PLANNER¨ for a wide range of applications including: Budget and Management reporting Pack; 5-year Forecast; TRAC and fEC; pre- and post-award Research Grant reporting and analysis; Pay Planning; Student Numbers and Income Forecasting; Workload Planning; space utilization reporting; etc; etc.
Austin will demonstrate that a Theory of Everything (or nearly), in the sense of cogent strategic and corporate information sufficient to plan, control, analyse and report even the largest and most complex university can be achieved using CORPORATE PLANNER¨ and its associated products. Moreover, that system can be implemented quickly, incrementally, and is affordable by even the smallest Institution. January 2007
Make safe investment decisions with the new Fixed Asset Management Module
The whole process of investment decision-making and asset management can be visualised with the new Fixed Asset Management module in CORPORATE PLANNER C/S.
From order to disposal, the user can have each event depicted in the Fixed Asset Management Module.
All intermediate steps, such as capitalisation, write-ups, depreciation and replacement investment, and even the planning, allocation and management of investment grants, are carried out centrally for each fixed asset.
There are also options available which apply specifically to leasing. With fixed and variable categories, the user can scale the stored data as desired.
Fixed assets can be sorted, assigned to groups and evaluated according to individual criteria. This considerably improves the handling of investments.
The new module provides a sound basis for planning further investments and for managing existing fixed assets.
