Account-Ability & CORPORATE PLANNING Exibitors at BUFDG Conference April 2008

Account-Ability are exhibiting at the BUFDG conference 2008 at Southampton Solent. We will be demonstrating new CORPORATE PLANNER 2.0 both the CLASSIC and ADVANCED versions.

Managing successful change in any organization, let alone an organization as complex and as diverse as a Higher Education Institution, requires energy, focus, insight and quantitative plans based on the analysis of the present and future ‘business situation’.

Account-Ability will argue that change cannot happen without ‘hard’ data. Pre- TRAC and pre-benchmarking initiatives. good data were sparse. Today there is no shortage of data, in fact there is frequently ‘too much’ data. The trouble is that all too often it lacks structure; or resides in ‘private’ spreadsheets or separate transactional databases; and is difficult to manipulate. This session will show you
how it can be done.
